Speaking of studying in the academy, the learning process lasts from 3 to 6 years, as long as you meet the theoretical and practical standards, you will be considered for graduation. Graduates from the academy will receive a diploma and can use this diploma to apply for jobs at companies and organizations across the country (in fact, people from this region who apply to work in another region will be closely monitored and investigated to prevent espionage and will be subject to quite high regional taxes).

However, that degree is actually only valuable for office jobs that require knowledge and soft skills. For companies and organizations that require combat ability, in addition to the degree and resume, the soul trainer often has to undergo practical tests; the better the job, the more difficult the test.
